This house has come a long way. I bought it for commercial purposes. We needed to complete a small renovation which we knew from our inspection, but this is definitely a diamond in the rough. Even after the money we spent on repairs, and there is plenty of equity left. Thanks to Mr. Turovsky for helping throughout the entire process.
