I tried to find a home by myself, but I was not successful as I had a contingency of selling my own home, and no one wanted to accept my offer. I decided I wanted a Realtor to help. A few days later, I ran into Paul Turovsky at a Hibachi Dinner. We talked about real estate for a while, and I told him about my situation. We excanged information, and he called me the following day. We went over exactly what I was looking for and the area that I wanted to be in. He showed me a few options and mentioned that he spoke with the listing agents about my contingency. We toured a few of the properties and picked one to place an offer on. I was positive that the offer would be turned down, but to my surprise, we got a counter only on the price offered. Finally, we agreed on the price and went into contract. I could not believe it! I was shocked. When we closed, Paul told me that I can call him anytime with any questions that I may have. We are happy to have met Paul Turovsky! Such a nice gentleman who works hard for his clients.
